Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Hyattsville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 157,364-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
This project consists of construction of a new 157,500 SF Middle School, and extensive site improvements. The project site will be at the location of the existing Glenridge Community Park. Per the solicitation, this project is subject to prevailing wage rates. As of February 4, 2022, bids were received June 2021, certain trades were re-engaged for final pricing (as this project has been delayed for several months). The awarded general contractor anticipates starting construction March 2022.
