Bidders on This Work Will Be Required to Comply With the Presidents Executive Order Nos. 11246 as Amended, 11518, and 11625 as Amended. The Requirements for Bidders and Contractors Under These Orders Are Explained in the Specifications. Bidders Are Also Reminded That Not Less Than the Minimum Wages as Determined by the Davis Bacon Act and Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project and That the Contractor and/or Subcontractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their Race, Color, Religion, Sex, or National Origin. In Addition to All of the Above Listed Federal Requirements for Work on This Project, Compliance With the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Executive Order 11375, Copeland Act, the Clean Air Act, and Water Pollution Control Act, and Subsequent Amendments to All of the Above Will Be Required of Contractors and/or Subcontractors Performing Work on This Project. Section 746 of Title Vii of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division a - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and Subsequent Statutes Mandating Domestic Preference Applies an American Iron and Steel Requirement to This Project. All Listed Iron and Steel Products Used in This Project Must Be Produced in the United States. The Term "iron and Steel Products" Means the Following Products Made Primarily of Iron or Steel: Lined or Unlined Pipes and Fittings, Manhole Covers and Other Municipal Castings, Hydrants, Tanks, Flanges, Pipe Clamps and Restraints, Valves, Structural Steel, Reinforced Precast Concrete, and Construction Materials.
