The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is Soliciting Bids to Establish a Contract for the Weston (Williams) Landslide Construction/ Reclamation Project Located in Lewis County, West Virginia, Per the Attached Specifications and Documentation. A bond in which a third party agrees to be liable to pay a certain amount of money in the event a selected bidder fails to accept the contract as bid.
