The Classic Center Authority (CCA) is seeking proposals from firms specializing in Hotel Development for related services within the extended campus of The Classic Center near Downtown Athens, Georgia. All interested firms are invited to submit a "Statement of Qualifications and Conceptual Proposal" (SQCP). This RFP documents may be obtained by e-mailed request to Richard Sawyer, CCA, at Richard@classiccenter.com. This is the first in a two-step proposal and selection process. Finalist Developer(s) will be selected for further eligibility, with the second step including Finalist preparation of detailed development and financial proposals. Interested firms should review the entire RFP. (ACC), employees of The Classic Center, members of The Classic Center Authority is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the selection process.
