**As of July 28, 2020, project has not been awarded.** This contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and/or installation of the following work: The contractor shall furnish, install and renovate the interior of the Oakwood Creative Care Facility housed within the Red Mountain Multigeneration Center located at 7550 E. Adobe Road as shown on the plans and specifications. Work to include but not limited to demolition and removals, installation of new interior walls, flooring, electrical, mechanical, doors and hardware and fire sprinklers. The Engineer Estimate range is $85,000 - $90,000.
