Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Lake 1 Excavation This project consists of excavation, regrading, and improvement to the Lake 1 site located at 18009 Quincy Avenue. A separate environmental firm has been hired to conduct a gopher tortoise survey/relocation and a sandhill crane survey. The Contractor will be required to coordinate with this environmental firm. The work also includes all other items of construction including, but not limited to, removal and disposal of existing structures, site dewatering, flow diversion, pond construction, excavation and fill, grading, sodding, and maintenance of traffic. The local license(s) required to perform the services are: Certified/Registered General, or Certified/Registered Underground Utilities. Any questions can be answered by contacting Alisa L.
