Installation of a special traffic light; Rehabilitation of edging, granular foundation, paving and sod. The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the bid from a contractor, service provider or supplier who, during the two years preceding the date of the opening of bids , has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the City. The City accepts no responsibility for the fact that written notices or tender documents & addenda conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
