Renovation of a library in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work includes demoing the existing finishes, fixtures, ceiling and lights, then provide new finishes, fixtures, ceilings and accessories. The renovation of Restrooms shall occur in phase to maintain the available use of restrooms to the Library users. Areas A & D are anticipated to be renovated at the same time. Areas B & C are anticipated to be renovated at the same time. Either group of areas may be renovated first, but the second group may not begin until the first group of restrooms is substantially complete. While restrooms are under construction, the general contractor shall provide paper signage advising building users which restrooms are available for use and how to get to them.
