Renovation of a laboratory facility in Devon, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The project is to replace Motor Control Centres (MCCs) for the Grey Analytical, High Head & Pilot Plant Builings at the Devon Research Centre (DRC) facility. The scope of work will include replacing the identified MCCs, including all identified integral components. Scope will include demolition, and electrical construction. The project will have a strictly enforced timelines in which equipment can be shutdown, due to this being an active site with ongoing processes that cannot be simply shutdown, and all shutdowns will need to be coordinated with site stakeholders after project award. Expect shutdowns to take place after normal work hours.
