Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weidman, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of October 30, 2020. Project has been awarded. Bid amount received $1,322,642.03. The Project consists of approximately 10,000 lft of 6-10 inch gravity sewer and appurtenances, a new 24'x30' DPW Building and 245 gpm pump station, and approximately 58,000 lft of 6 inch force main and appurtenances. Contract 1 includes: approximately 3,240 lft of 8 inch sewer, 3,869 lft of 10 inch sewer, 2,779 lft of 6 inch sewer leads, 80 - 6 inch wyes, 25 sanitary manholes, misc storm sewer repair, HMA paving, and cleanup and restoration. Engineer's Estimate is $1,198,182.00. Owner understands that cost savings may be realized by allowing the Contractor to bid on Contracts as a combined bid. The Bid Form therefore includes a field identified as 'Multi-Contract Discounts' should the Contractor elect to provide a discount if awarded multiple Contracts. Bidder shall identify which combination it is bidding for by filling in the correct option. Individual contract pricing must also be included on the Bid Form. Bids shall be held for consideration for a period of time not to exceed 90 days.
