he project includes but is not limited to: upgrades at the Citys existing WWTP inclusive of rehabilitation to both aeration treatment trains, new clarifier splitter structure, rehabilitation of an existing 90-ft. diameter clarifier, new clarifier launder covers, new RAS/WAS pumps, a new scum pump station, new aerobic digesters, new UV disinfection system, new chemical Phosphorus removal system, new plant-wide SCADA system, and a new odor control system. This project also includes upgrades at the existing Pigeon Lift Station including, but not limited to, conversion to a submersible style pump station, complete with new pumps and controls, new wet well, new valve structure, and conversion of the existing wet well to a flow diversion manhole. A new SCADA system will be installed for the entire collection system, including the newly converted Pigeon Lift Station. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
