Renovation of an educational facility in Sackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing roof system down to existing deck and replacement with new two ply modified bituminous roofing system, complete with all flashings and accessories. .2 Removal and reinstallation of existing metal cladding, at roof / wall junction, for reconstruction of thru wall flashing. .3 Coordination of all sub-contractors. .4 Scheduling of work with Engineer - Architect and building Users. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered. Award subject to final approval.
