Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of June 19 the project will not be awarded due to over budget and rebid is not consider at this time. The scope of work includes the replacement of (11) total fume hoods in Science Labs SC373, SC376 and SC384, as well as a new make-up air unit in a paint booth in Trades Proto type and Design Lab. Work includes architectural building elements, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum con-tract for all work. NWTC supports the promotion and development of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms and encourages such firms to participate in the invitation to bid on this and other college projects. Bid Security is required. The accepted Bidder(s) will be required to provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC as additional insured". Bids must be guaranteed for a minimum B20-0147period of sixty days from the date of bid opening. Only sealed bids will be accepted when received as specified in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contract award is contingent upon funds availability, budget considerations and any Federal or State Public Health Orders.
