Renovation of a swimming pool in Innisfail, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Renovations to the existing aquatic centre. Scope of work will include: General Facility Upgrades - accessible hot tub and steam room replacement, entry and changeroom reconfiguration and upgrade, flooring and finishing, water service upgrade to 8" line; Mechanical upgrades - boilers, hot water generation, pumps, furnaces, heat recovery, air source heat pump and ventilation; Envelope Upgrades - structural steel roof reinforcement, block wall repairs, windows, doors, skylights, metal siding and roof replacement; and Electrical Upgrades - service upgrade, LED lighting, fire alarm system. TIMELINE: Construction has started. Project is expected to be completed in April 2026.
