Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Gatesville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Rehabilitate approximately 1,611 linear feet of existing 8" sanitary sewer line with new 8" HDPE and 1,608 linear feet of 10" sanitary sewer line with new 10" HDPE by pipe bursting along Lackey Drive and Dave Street, including cleaning and pre TV and post TV inspections, new service lines and cleanouts. Remove and replace 11 manholes. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Groves or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. A Pre-Bid Conference will NOT be held on this project. All questions shall be received electronically or in writing via email and addressed by Addendum. The City of Groves reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Groves for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
