The work under the Project shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction of the Work is generally described well drilling per plans and specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The Issuing Office (IO) for the Bidding Documents (BDs) is: WestLand Resources, Inc. Attn: Beth Kleiman, 4001 E. Prospective Bidders may examine the BDs at the IO on Mon.-Fri, between the hours of 8 AM-3 PM MST and may obtain copies of the BDs from the IO. Bids are available electronically (at no cost) by request in writing to bkleiman@westlandresources.com beginning May 15, 2020. This will register the requesting entity to receive any Project updates. Upon IO's receipt of payment, printed BDs will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the BDs are transmitted by the IO will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the BDs. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the IO. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of BDs, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the IO. A 5% Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
