Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Yacolt, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the following work: This contract provides for furnishing the necessary labor, material, equipment, tools and guarantees to construct the 2020 Hoag Sidewalk Improvements all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and any additional Specifications cited herein. Town of Yacolt Washington - 2020 Hoag Sidewalk Improvements The project includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and concrete curb and gutter, the installation of concrete ADA panels across existing railroad tracks, new ADA ramps, saw cutting, removing and replacing existing pavement adjacent to sidewalk, and pavement markings. Other construction activities includes, but not limited to, excavation, placement and compaction of CSBC and HMA, adjustments of existing stormwater structures, erosion and pollution control and traffic control as necessary to ensure the safety of contractor forces and the traveling public.
