Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Bourne, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
MMA RFR 20-06 Gym Roof Replacement. Project Consists of repair and replacement of sections of Large and Small gymnasium roof. Project scope is in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, Inc., 221 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA 02139. Scope includes the replacement of 2 existing Air Handling Units in MMA gym, and 2 new ACCUs, piping and associated electrical work with an estimated cost of $385,606. An Alternate 1 will include replacement of AHU 1 and a new/third ACCU with and estimated cost of $200,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Project must be completed prior to beginning of Fall Semester.
