Bid Bond: Accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashiers check, or surety company bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to Renton School District No. 403. Prevailing Wage: It is the responsibility of the Bidder to go online To verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of Bid. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept Bids that are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner. Withdraw of Bids: Bidders may not withdraw Bids after time set for the Bid Opening unless Award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
