The Glynn County School System desires to retain the services of a Georgia Licensed Contractor, under a Construction Manager at Risk contract for the Brunswick High School MDF Room Modifications: Project is modification and installation of new technology equipment in the existing MDF room at Brunswick High School. Projected construction cost range $500,000-$650,000. Scope of work includes: - Concrete work and roof medication work for new exterior equipment pads and curbs. - Installation of a roof-top condensing unit. - Installation of an emergency generator. - Removing and replacing selected portions of ceiling systems for access to above ceiling work. - Plumbing work for gas lines and condensation lines. - Fire suppression sprinkler system alterations. - Electrical power and low voltage work related to new equipment installation.
