All other required contract documents must be fully completed and executed by the contractor and his/her Surety, and submitted to the Owner on or before the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Any/all addenda must be signed and dated and made a part of bid packet. It is always the vendor's responsibility to check electronically for any/all addenda. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise.
