The Department of Environmental Protection is requesting responses from qualified vendors to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Consulting Services. The term of the Contract will begin upon execution by both parties and remain in effect for a period of three (3) years unless cancelled earlier in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The Department reserves the right to renew any Contract resulting from this Solicitation. Renewal(s) shall be in writing and subject to the same terms and conditions as the original Contract and any amendments thereto, for a period no greater than three (3) years. All renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance by Contractor. Renewals may be for the entire period or in increments. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida. Certified Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
