Site work for a water / sewer project in Pooler, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will include all equipment, materials, supplies, labor and all other costs associated with the maintenance of 5750 LF of existing drainage channel and 3 acres of clearing and grubbing and associated erosion control measures located in or near the Forest Lakes subdivision. All information for interested bidders may be reviewed at the: Pooler City Hall 100 SW Highway 80 Pooler, Georgia 31322 City of Pooler reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the City of Pooler and reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. Insurance certificates shall be submitted as a part of the sealed bid, meeting those limits as stated in the bid documents. A bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid price will be required with your sealed bid. The bid bond may be in the form of a bond submitted by a surety authorized to conduct business in the State of Georgia, or a certified or cashiers check, made out to City of Pooler. A non-collusion affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid.
