Site work for a water / sewer project in Shediac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Excavation of a new ditch around the western and southern perimeter of the maintenance area; .2 Construction of a new 1m high berm on the down-gradient side of the new ditch; .3 Replacement of the existing solid storm manhole cover a new domed/grated cover; .4 Installation of new trench drain across the driveway .5 Demolition of existing retaining walls; .6 Construction of new segmental block retaining wall; .7 Reinstatement of the adjacent asphalt pavement structure due to demolition efforts; .8 Reinstatement of grassed areas with topsoil and sod/hydroseed. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered. Award subject to final approval.
