Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Coopersville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of May 29 2020 this project is bidding. oThe project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: This contractor shall be responsible for some removals as shown on the plans and the contractor shall then construct underground utilities, conduit, footings, masonry columns and seat walls, gas fireplace, ornamental trellis, electric circuits and lighting, irrigation, and site furnishings including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by the City of Coopersville. Prevailing wage rates do not apply to this project. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Coopersville in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. Completion: All work shall be substantially complete by November 13, 2020 and completed and ready for final payment by November 20, 2020.
