Renovation of an educational facility in Great Neck, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
BASE BID GC-1- MORE CONSULTING CORP- $942,000 BASE BID GC-2- SAW RESTORATION CORP- $113,000 Total = 1055000 Scope of Work: - Partial removal and replacement of the existing roofing system down to the deck at locations identified on the attached architectural drawing (roofing elevations A-I). The proposed scope of work did not identify any impact to materials below existing roof deck including existing roof drains. - Removal & replacement of existing exterior doors & hardware. - Interior renovations throughout the reading room. - Auditorium A/C upgrades & ventilation compliance within lower level fan rooms The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals. Bids shall be subject, however, to the discretionary right reserved by the School District to waive any informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals and to advertise for new proposals, if in its opinion the best interest of the School District will thereby be promoted. Each bidder may not withdraw his bid within 45 days after the formal opening thereof. A bidder may withdraw his bid only in writing and prior to the bid opening date. Job Number: F19-37882-R1
