The City of North Port, Florida will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of providing construction services in accordance with specifications to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct the Myakkahatchee Creek WTP Transfer Pumps Upgrade Project in its entirety as shown on the construction drawings and specified herein. No Meeting at this time. Note: all prospective bidders are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of north port staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
