Site work for a water / sewer project in Rocky Top, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of a new water storage tank at the Norris Dam State Park. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. A five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-Discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. In accordance with Executive Order 28: 28.1 The relevant provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, Titles 4 and 12, any other provisions of law, and related rules are hereby suspended to the extent necessary to, with respect to construction and commercial surety bonds, suspend any notarization requirement and allow all government departments and officials to accept surety bonds and powers of attorney containing electronic signatures and electronic corporate seals affixed thereto.
