Skanska USA Building is bidding remaining bid packages for the Alderman Library Project in Charlottesville, VA; these packages starting construction in summer of 2020. The project is 130,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 100,000 sq. ft. of renovation. The balance of BP-2 work is posted through Building Connected, including remaining packages for all trades on the exterior envelope through interior finishes, Including new construction and restoration scopes of work.
