Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Asphalt binder for plant mix shall be considered incidental to the other asphalt items. No separate payment will be made, and not adjustments will be made. All bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the following requirements. Failure to comply with any requirement shall cause the bid to be considered irregular and may be grounds for rejection of the bid. The bid form furnished by Town of Apex shall be used and shall not be altered in any manner. The Bidder shall submit a unit price for every item on the bid form. The total amount shall be determined by adding the amounts bid for each item. ~800 sy concrete sidewalk ~1,200 lf curb & gutter
