Renovation of a mixed-use development in Evanston, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and fire / police facility.
As of November 5,2020 all bids was rejected. Work on this project includes: Removal and replacement of existing ground mounted air cooled condensing unit, replacement of existing DX cooling coil in existing air handling unit, replacement of associated refrigeration piping and accessories. Provide alternate price for upgrading of existing BAS system to Schneider Electric Ecostruxture control system at Fire Station #3. Removal and replacement of two (2) existing 50 ton rooftop air conditioning units, upgrade of existing BAS system to Schneider Electric Ecostruxture control system, and installation of two (2) air door units above the main entry doors at the vestibule of the Levy Senior Center. Both buildings are to be included under a single contract and are to be bid together. Bids on only one building will not be accepted.
