General Construction Contract: D005635 The Administration Building has a heating system comprised of electric baseboard heaters, steam radiators & boilers, electric convectors and electric cabinet heaters. Many of these systems do not work or are inefficient to operate. Under this contract, these systems will be removed and will be replaced with efficient gas fired hot water boiler and convectors throughout the building. In the event the Contractor fails to complete all the work on time, the Contractor agrees to pay the Office liquidated damages in the amount referenced in Article 14.10 of the General Conditions.
