The project includes three (3) locations total. At all locations, the project consists of installing rain gardens (plants excluded) in backyards, drain pipe, catch basins in the right-of-way, and pipe connections to existing structures. Albert Street 3. 1306 Burning Bush Lane Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package. The deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a bank cashier's check. All bid performance deposit checks will be retained by the Village until the bid award is made, at which time the checks will be promptly returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The bid performance deposit check of the successful bidder will be retained until surety bonding requirements have been satisfied and proof of insurance coverage is provided.
