Clackamas Water Environment Services (District or Owner) is soliciting Proposals from those entities (Proposers) interested in contracting to serve as the Design-Builder for the design and construction of the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Outfall Project (Project). The Owner is using Progressive Design-Build delivery for the Project. The Owner invites Proposers to submit Proposals according to the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). As of October 29, 2024, most trades have been awarded. They would still entertain sub quotes for restoration. Construction is underway.
