Site work for a water / sewer project in Novi, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pipes and manholes via removal and replacement, lining, grouting, cleaning, or other methods as necessary based on existing conditions. Inspection videos of the sanitary sewer pipes and manholes will be provided via a secure website link to Dropbox. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 60 lft Sanitary Sewer Removal and Replacement, 7,300 lft Sanitary Sewer Cured-in-Place Lining, 70 Each Sanitary Sewer Grout Sleeves, 390 vft Sanitary Manhole Lining, 40 Each Sanitary Manhole Chimney Replacement The project will be financed with local funds. The City reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the City, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Novi. Bid Security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the owner and any Bidder or Bidders
