Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The project scope consists of the reconstruction of approximately 9,000 Square Yards of the existing Terminal Apron, the reconstruction of approximately 21,000 Square Yards of existing East GA Apron, the reconstruction of approximately 650 Square Yards of Gate 9G drive and rehabilitation approximately 2,000 Square Yards of West Perimeter Road Pavement. The reconstruction will include new Portland Cement Concrete, along with related pavement marking, electrical, grading and drainage. The project includes two additive alternates: 1. Rehabilitation work on the West GA Apron 2. Rehabilitation of the West Perimeter Road in Portland Cement Concrete. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will partially fund this project, therefore, this contract is subject to all relative federal requirements.
