he work consists of maintenance and emergency repairs to the Lower Paxton Township wastewater and stormwater collection systems as needed. Bid results will be read aloud shortly thereafter at LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, 425 Prince Street, Multipurpose Room A, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be evaluated on a unit price basis as indicated in the pricing form. Quantities shown are for bid evaluation purposes only, Quantities are not guaranteed. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Proposal must be complete and the right is reserved to reject any and all Proposals and to accept any Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP. LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP is an equal opportunity employer. Successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price within fifteen (15) days of receiving a Notice of Award letter.
