Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of construction of an 80-foot by 100-foot pole barn south of the existing Billings Regional Landfill across Hillcrest Road. The pole barn shall be complete with exterior and interior lighting, electrical outlets, overhead and man doors, and an asphalt floor. A 12,000 square foot asphalt pad shall be constructed adjacent to the pole barn. This project also consists of construction of a 16-foot wide asphalt access road, site grading, and miscellaneous drainage improvements. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost is in the range of $575,000 to $625,000.
