Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lake Point, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Location / Site Directions: Waterline improvements will take place from the intersection of Droubay Rd and Pine Canyon Rd to the East to the intersection of Pine Canyon Rd and Blue Peak Rd as well as from the intersection of Pine Canyon Rd and Churhwood Dr to the end of Churchwood Dr to the north. There will also be some improvements along Blue Peak Rd near Ericson Rd and a booster pump and booster line will be installed along Ericson Rd near the intersection of Smelter Rd and Ericson Rd. Furnishing and installing 2,580-feet of 10-inch, 8,360-feet of 8-inch, 4,620-feet of 6-inch and 1,660 of 4-inch waterline pipe as well as constructing and equipping a new well house and booster pump house. The project will include replacing some of the existing service laterals through various methods. 120 Days for Substantial Completion, 150 Days for Final Completion
