Renovation of a museum in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Metro is inviting bids for Roofing Projects for the Oregon Zoo. There are 5 project identified for immediate completion. COBID businesses are encouraged to submit Bids for this opportunity. Metro intends to award a contract to a single firm, but may award multiple if necessary to complete all projects in a timely manner. Contractor must have five (5) or more years of successful experience in the area(s) of commercial roofing. Qualifications and references shall be supplied with bid. Metro reserves the right to evaluate, approve or reject firms on the basis of their review. A Bidder may withdraw its bid by written request which are received prior to the scheduled closing time for filing Bids. Negligence on the part of the Bidder in preparing his or her bid confers no right to withdraw the bid after the scheduled closing time for filing Bids. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for filing Bids will be returned to the Bidder, unless such closing time is extended in writing by Metro. Any determination of bidder's responsibility or responsiveness is subject to review and determination by the Office of the Metro Attorney as to legal sufficiency. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of Metro.
