Site work, paving and new construction of a theater / auditorium in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,697-square-foot, 800-seat theater / auditorium.
*As of February 23, 2022, the this project has started construction and is 60% complete. Package 8A: Texoma Builders Supply – 247,367.00 Felix Thomson Company – 335,848.00 Package 9H: Stacy’s Custom Stripes – Bid on Alternate #4 Only = 78,997.00 The project calls for a new 800-seat performing arts center consisting of concrete foundations, slabs and wall construction, steel frame construction, insulated metal panels and brick veneer exterior finishes, low-slope, membrane roofing, glass curtain wall, drywall construction, theater and stage equipment, acoustic and AV equipment. All other trades have been awarded. The only packages re-bidding are 8A (Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, and Hardware) and 9H (Wall Coverings). THE NEW BID MANUAL MUST BE DOWNLOADED AND UNDERSTOOD IN ITS ENTIRETY TO AVOID DISQUALIFICATION. ALL SUBCONTRACT & MATERIAL BIDS EXCEEDING $50,000.00 REQUIRES A 5% BID BOND, CASHIER'S CHECK OR IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT FROM BANK. *The value shown is representative of the project as a whole and not the packages bidding*
