Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Upton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; library; and library.
The Project consists of: Construction of a new approximately 15,000 SF single story Community Center with an additional 2,000 SF Mechanical Mezzanine designed to house the Council on Aging Senior Center and the Town Library as a shared use building. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work -- General Building Construction and must submit acurrent DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement Questions from General Bidders must be submitted no later than September 28, 2021. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the The Town of Upton.
