Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Mims, Florida. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of Lift Station N-01, located on Rudge Drive in Mims, including the removal of all electrical and mechanical equipment and abandonment of the existing dry well; installing a new associated piping, conversion of the existing wet well into a manhole; installation of a new pump station to support two submersible pumps; wet well concrete repair and lining; installation of above-grade discharge manifold and piping; placing a portion of the existing force main out of service; installation of new 4"; connection of the discharge piping to the new force main; installation of concrete pads, driveway and fencing with access gate; replacement of the electric meter, circuit breakers, control panels, RTU (owner-furnished), telemetry tower, demarcation box and all electrical conduit and wiring; tie-in to existing SCADA/Telemetry; installation, maintenance; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids for this project will only be accepted from the current list of Brevard County Pre-qualified Underground Utility Contractors for FY 2020 CIP Projects. Any party may obtain the bid documents, but only bids from the pre-qualified contractors will be considered. Insurance Required No Bid Bond Required Yes Bid Bond Amount 5%
