**The anticipated start date is early September.** This Contract generally consists of the construction of a new building on existing Village property, site restoration and other work as shown and called for in conformance with the Contract Documents. Work also includes construction of a CMU building with architectural features, site paving, curbing, all associated power and controls, SCADA, standby electrical power systems, and associated building utilities.
