The Maricopa County Sheriff''s Office, (MCSO), intends to purchase a Portable, Modular Shoot House Training Facility, as described herein, and will award to vendor(s) who meet minimum qualifications. All questions must be submitted through online Q & A deadline: May 27, 2020 3:00:00 PM EDT Equipment must be received by June 30, 2020. Contract duration: 365 days Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Description: Minimum Requirements: a) 12 ea. Solid Wall Panels (8'x8') b) 2 ea. Functioning, Hinged Doors c) 2 ea. Window/Door Panels d) 2 Transparent Window Panels e) Any and all hardware to construct and takedown f) For indoor and outdoor use g) Storage bags / portable containers for moving and storage h) Facility may be assembled in differrent configurations to allow for various training exercises. i) Ability / hardware to hang targets of various sizes. Ultimate Training Munitions Portable Training Facility: PTF-TAN or equivalent Equipment must be received by June 30, 2020. The County reserves the right to request samples to determine quality and acceptability of materials bid by Contractor. In some cases, brand names have been listed in order to define the desired quality and are not intended to be restrictive or to limit competition. Materials substantially equivalent to those designated shall qualify for consideration.
