The project value amounts to more than $10 million. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an electrical and mechanical engineering processional consulting firm to define and confirm the equipment that is subject to replacement, analyze the feasibility and assess the costs for transformation or replacement, establish a prioritization plan: depending on the type of refrigerant, end of useful life, sequence of replacement for all Campuses and Pavilions.
