The purpose of this project is to provide an accessible pathway from the existing concrete drive to an existing public entrance to the existing building. The project, as described in this invitation to bid and on the plans, incorporated fully by reference, include the construction of an access ramp to serve the Cool Springs House, located in Crockett Park, at 1490 Volunteer Parkway in Brentwood, Tennessee. The work is limited to the demolition of the existing concrete stoop, the construction of the new ramp and concrete walk/pad, and minor modifications to the canopy structure at the existing door. No work inside the building is proposed. No additional site work or work beyond these premises is proposed. This work does not affect the building area or any existing parking, nor does it affect the existing sidewalk from the building
