Site work for a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Technical Question Deadline at 5:00 PM EDT 5/26/20 Mobilization/Demobilization of necessary and sufficient sized equipment to the project areas to complete the project within the stated time frames. Survey and construction layout of grading, facilities, constructions, and appurtenances shown on the Plans. Quality control. Installation of temporary and permanent fence and a farm gate as needed and shown on the Plans. Erosion and sediment control during construction in accordance with the approved Construction Stormwater Permit and Plans. Clearing and grubbing of the site and, removal or burning of debris stumps, limbs, tree roots, and associated materials. Stripping and stockpiling topsoil for revegetation. Control of groundwater springs, normal runoff and mine drainage, and storm drainage during construction so that work can be performed in the dry. Excavation, backfill, fill placement as required to construct the project complete. Construction of surface drainage control channels as identified on the Plans. Construction of a underdrain Disposal of excess material (regardless of character or composition) from the excavation and channel construction. Placement of a 12 inch soil cover. Re-vegetation of disturbed areas.
