Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Leander, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will make improvements to the existing Cedar Bark Park (dog park within Veterans Memorial Park located at 2525 W. New Hope Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613) by improving grading, installing new pedestrian infrastructure and making various landscape improvements. All general information questions should be directed by email to Kimberly Reese, Project Manager, kimberly.reese@cedarparktexas.gov. Contractor shall furnish a Maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent of the final construction cost for a period of two (2) years to maintain, correct any deficiencies, and keep in good repair the Work. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all submitted Proposals or any part thereof, waive immaterial errors, and award the contract in the best interest of the City
