Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Recovery, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,137-square-foot educational facility; and transportation facility.

A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid. There will be no prebid meeting for this project. Each Bidder is responsible for shipping cost or providing a shipping number for billing to the bidders account. A Lump Sum bid for the project will be received. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. General Construction: This project is a 2,137 sf bus storage building with two bays and an ADA accessible restroom. It is a wood frame building with vinyl siding and a metal roof. Plumbing Work: This building will have a floor mounted water closet, and a wall mounted lavatory. As well as an interior hose bib and an exterior wall hydrant. HVAC Work: This building will have a ventilation system equipped with automatic sensors. Electrical Work: This building will have hanging LED lights in the bus storage area, and a surface mounted LED light in the restroom. It will also have wall mounted lights above the two exterior man doors, and electrical outlets throughout the interior of the building. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
